This is a report into my investigation of a complaint about Telstra’s handling of an application made under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act).

In conclusion, I am concerned that Mrs Garms has been disadvantaged financially and personally because of defective administration by Telstra in its handling of applications under the FOI Act.
